The palette
Pale birch and dark oak, the strongest contrast a wooden cabin can have. Birch planks and stripped birch make the floor, the deck and the gables; dark oak stairs make the roof; stone bricks and cobblestone, grey and cool, stay at the corners and in the chimney.
