Terms of use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

The rules for using the websites of Olivares Studios. They are short on purpose.

1About these terms

These terms apply to the websites published by Olivares Studios: this website and the wikis of our projects, together called "our websites". By using them you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our websites.

2What our websites are

Our websites are free to read and need no account. They present the studio and its projects, and document our content for the people who play it. An optional account, on this website, opens OliMatica, the Studio's tools for your own structures, your space and Explore. A paid membership gives more (see Membership).

3Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, pictures, logos, models and renders on our websites belong to Olivares Studios. You are welcome to:

  • read our websites and share links to them;
  • quote short extracts, with a link to the page they come from;
  • show our pages and pictures in videos, streams, articles and reviews about our projects.

Please do not:

  • copy our websites, or large parts of them, to another site;
  • sell or redistribute our pictures, models or other files;
  • use our name or our logos in a way that suggests we made or approved something we did not.

4Our publishing tool

We use an internal tool, registered with TikTok and Meta (Instagram, Facebook), to publish our own videos on our own accounts. It is not open to the public: nobody else can use it or connect an account to it.

5Minecraft

Minecraft is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies. Olivares Studios is an independent studio: our websites are not official Minecraft products and are not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. We follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

Our add-ons and worlds are obtained through the Minecraft Marketplace. Buying and playing them is governed by the terms of the Marketplace and by the Minecraft End User License Agreement, not by these terms.

6Membership

The membership costs €9.99 for life, paid once, or €1 for a week (paid once too), paid through Stripe: we never see your card. It gives what the Member column of the Free vs. Member table on My account lists, on top of a Free account.

You pay it once, through Stripe: for life, or for a week. There is no subscription: nothing renews and nothing is taken from your card later. A membership for life lasts as long as this website offers the membership; a membership for a week ends seven days after the payment (a new week paid before then adds seven days), and your account then goes back to Free. What you made as a member stays yours: the builds in your space stay there (a Free account adds new ones only while it holds fewer than 3), and your shared builds stay in Explore.

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your payment, write to olivares.studios@protonmail.com from the e-mail address of your account: we refund it in full and end your membership at once, without asking why. This is your right of withdrawal, and it gives you at least what the law of the European Union does.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you.

7What you share

You can share your builds in Explore, from the Studio or from OliMatica. Share only what you made, or what you are allowed to share. When you share a build, you allow:

  • everybody to see it on our websites, download it and build it with OliMatica;
  • members to remix it: copy it into their space, change it and share their version, which shows the build it comes from while yours is in Explore.

An admin looks at each build before it appears. We can refuse or remove a build, for example one that is not yours, that is offensive, or that is not a Minecraft build. You can delete your shared builds at any time; a remix that a member already made stays theirs. Your creator name must not pretend to be someone else, or be offensive.

8Fair use of our websites

Do not try to disrupt our websites, break into them, or load them in a way that keeps other people from using them.

9Accuracy and availability

We do our best to keep our websites correct and up to date, and the numbers of our wikis are read from the content itself. Still, our websites are provided as they are, without any guarantee: a page can be out of date, change, or be unavailable at any time.

10Liability

As far as the law allows, Olivares Studios is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our websites or from the impossibility of using them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you.

Our pages link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for what they contain or for how they work.

12OliMatica

OliMatica makes resource packs that show builds as holograms in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. With a Free account a pack holds up to 2 builds and you can make 3 packs a day, each after a short wait with an ad; members have no limit and no wait. The packs are for your own use: you may use them in any world, Realm or server you play on, but do not sell them or share the packs made with our builds. Add only structures you made or may use: they stay in your browser, unless you share them.

Sharing a structure from OliMatica puts it in Explore, as from the Studio: see What you share. Each build approved gives its author bonus packs: more packs for a Free account, of up to 4 builds each.

13Your account

Keep the e-mail address of your account to yourself: whoever can read it can sign in. One account per person; the files, packs, pictures and videos you get from our builds are for your own use: build them in any world, Realm or server you play on, but do not sell them or share our builds' files. Free accounts may try some of the Studio's tools a few times a day (the Free vs. Member table says which); do not get round these limits, for example with several accounts. We may close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

14Privacy

If you create an account we keep your e-mail address, your membership and what you choose to keep or share; our websites count their visits anonymously, and this website shows ads from Google, which can use cookies. The details are in our privacy policy.

15Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
